These grain-free pizza dough options are super easy to make and FREEZABLE!!!!! Hello, fabulous!

You can make a few batches and freeze them when you have time, or if it’s a super busy week these options are simple enough to whip up just a few minutes before dinner.

There are 2 different options.  Almond and coconut.

Grain-Free Pizza Dough- Almond Base

Serves: 1 - 12' pizza
 
Almond based grain-free pizza dough for 12' pizza
Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • ¾ cup potato (or tapioca) starch
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum (or chia seed)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 TBSP active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Mix well, it should be the texture of soft playdough.
  2. If need be, add one extra tsp water at a time.
  3. Set in the greased bowl, cover with a towel, let sit at least 20 min.
  4. Press out into greased pan or cast iron skillet.
  5. Cook it for 10 min. at 400 first before adding toppings.
  6. Then add toppings and bake for another 10+ depending on the topping.
Grain-Free Pizza Dough- Coconut Base

Serves: 1- 12" pizza crust
 
Coconut-based grain-free pizza dough for 12" pizza
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flax or almond flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup parm cheese
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Spread out on greased pan/cookie sheet. or Cast Iron Skillet.
  3. Bake 15-20min at 400 depending on crispiness.
  4. Then add toppings and place in oven for just enough time to melt the cheese.
