I don’t know about you, but I LOVE to simplify things in life, especially in the kitchen. I love cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, but most days I just don’t have the time.
Taking kids here and there, managing the little ones, having long chats with the older ones, laundry, dishes, and life! They all just take time, so the less time I spend in the kitchen on busy days, the better. So this leads us to challenge #1
Hmmmmm how to you cut time and stay healthy? The drive through is so tempting, or maybe just prepackaged things. I know I use to use quick cooking pasta as my easy button. It was cheap, fast and made the kids smile, but it didn’t last. They’d be hungry an hour later and usually craving sweets. I need to switch gears and serve up more protein and more fiber. Which lead me to problem #2
