Beautiful Skin Smoothie

Ok, your first thought is….carrot juice? That can’t taste good!  It does!! My kids call this a pumpkin pie smoothie 🙂 Its sweet and tasty, light and refreshing!  Its a great snack for you and your kids.  This smoothie is packed full of Vitamins A, C, B-6 and Potassium!  We drink this twice a week for snack, and it’s a great sweet treat to keep your skin glowing beautiful from the inside out!

Wanting a meal replacement?  There are many times that I add a scoop of Vanilla Shakeology to this to make it a complete meal!  Win-win

AKA- Pumpkin Pie Smoothie- This is a tasty house favorite LOADED with nourishing vitamins
Ingredients
  • 1 c organic carrot juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • *Meal Option add 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
Instructions
  1. Blend well.
  2. Drink and Enjoy!
